    MAN-2-MAN

    - Tuesday Evenings at 8 PM

    RUNNING START (ages 18 -30)

    - Thursday Evenings at 7 PM

  • Women

    - Tuesday Evenings (every other) at 7 PM

    - Wednesday Mornings (every week) at 9:30 AM
