Our Beliefs

We invite you to explore our beliefs and join us in our pursuit of living out our faith in boldness and passion.

  • The Father

We believe in God, the Father almighty, Creator of heaven and earth and all that is within them, seen and unseen.

  • The Son

We believe in Jesus, the only Son of God.

We believe He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin, Mary.

Jesus lived a life of perfect obedience to God.

    He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried;

    He descended to hell.

On the third day He rose from the dead, defeating death and reuniting us with the Father.

He ascended into heaven and is seated at the Father’s right hand.

From there He intercedes on our behalf.

From His throne He will come again to judge those living and those who have died.

  • The Holy Spirit

We believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life, who proceeds from the Father and the Son.

With the Father and the Son

He is to be worshipped and glorified.

The Spirit now dwells in every believer, guiding them in the way of the abundant life.

  • The Church

We believe that the church is called to be the visible manifestation of Christ in the world.

The church is not a place people attend, rather it is the people of God called to a common mission: love God, love one another, and spread that love by making disciples.

Sunday morning gatherings should not be the only place we worship God and talk about Him with others.

  • The Bible

We believe that the Bible is the Word of God.

All Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for teaching, for revealing fault, for correction, and for training in righteousness.

The Bible is living and active; this means the Bible is as relevant and applicable today as the day it was written.

The Bible reveals all things necessary to come to a saving faith in Jesus Christ.

By the Spirit, through the reading of Scripture, we come to know God and experience His love.

  • The Rest

We believe in the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body and life everlasting.
