THE BIGGEST WEEK 

The season of Lent has begun. Lent is a season of reflection and preparation prior to Easter. It’s a time when we reflect on Jesus’ suffering. We take action to identify with that suffering to more fully take part in the celebration of His resurrection on Easter Sunday morning. This year we will be reflecting the seven days of Holy Week during our Lenten sermon series. Each Sunday will reflect what happened on each of the succeeding days of Holy Week. I’m calling it, “The Biggest Week”. We begin with Jesus’ Triumphal Entry into Jerusalem, that’s right we are celebrating Palm Sunday this week, five weeks early, compete with a children’s Palm Parade at the end of the service.
